Counselling Rooted in Compassion, Connection, and Choice
In-person or online sessions to address your unique challenges and work toward greater emotional clarity and wellbeing
My counselling practice is grounded in a humanistic, person-centred philosophy, I believe healing begin in connection. As an integrative trained psychotherapist, I incorporate tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches. However, my starting point is always the person-centred model, based on the belief that you are the expert in your own life.
You shape the pace. You choose the path. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore it. My role is not to lead but to walk beside you.
I support individuals navigating:
Grief and loss
Domestic violence and the impact of trauma
Low self-worth and identity struggles
Suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and depression
Life transitions such as separations, career changes, aging, and illness or injury
I am a trauma-aware practitioner who understands the deep connection between mind and body in the healing process.
My work takes into account not just thoughts and emotions, but also the lived experiences stored in the body. I help you move toward integration and balance, at a pace that feels right for you.
Counselling offers space: space to feel, reflect, and make sense of your story. It’s a gentle process rooted in compassion, depth, and connection. There’s no rush toward solutions. Together, we uncover them with care.
